Marketing Director:
Major Responsibilities include:

Development and execution of marketing strategy

Assess marketing efforts and performance, plan future marketing objectives

Manage and update website

Oversee any community partnership programs and special events, including donations programs

Computer Programmer:
Under minimal supervision design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and/or applications for internal use and mobile apps.

Accounting Assistant:
Primary responsibility includes:

Bank recs, assisting with AR and AP, Accurately prepare and maintain accounting documents and records

Auditing, tracking, correcting and reporting accounting discrepancies
-
Code and categorize transactions to appropriate general ledge codes
-
Provide accounting and reporting support to Controller/CFO
-
Adhere to deadlines for month end process
-
Must have 5 plus years accounting experience or an accounting degree Solid compensation package plus full benefits
Sales Auditor:
-
Prepare needed reports for record keeping and general ledger purposes

Maintain processes and spreadsheets for reconciling and posting daily sales entries and month end closing

Meet weekly and monthly deadlines in fast-paced environment

Identify and record trends in audit results and research probable cause/error due to fraud, technology breakdown, training deficits, and/or accounting inaccuracies

Identify cashier process issues and provide feedback on cashier and customer service training
-
Work closely with management and staff to create and administer training and develop systems

High School diploma or equivalent, 3 plus years experience in retail or relevant bookkeeping/accounting environment
Shop Attendant: warehouse experience required, $35k plus excellent paid benefits package and best boss in the business
